At Veesupportservices we provide Staff who will pay attention to detail, giving quality care to service users. All our Care Assistants attend full training and refresh their training accordingly. Our Staff must undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure the safety of or clients.
Live-In
At Veesupportservices we provide 24-hour live-in care service, a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker can move into your home with you to provide a care service tailored to suits your specific needs, supporting you to remain independent in the comfort of your own home. Whether you have complex care needs or just require some support in doing everyday tasks. Our 24-hour live-in care service affords your family and friends peace of mind, knowing that you are benefiting from the expert care of highly skilled healthcare professionals, in the place where you are most comfortable. We can also help with tasks around the house, shopping or community support. Our Staff must undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to ensure the safety of our clients.
Home Care
At Veesupportservices , its personal. We can help you with personal hygiene, we can assist with personal care that is tailored for your needs including washing, showering, or bathing, dressing and grooming, getting up and going to bed, toileting and continence management, assistance with meal preparation and assistance with administration of medication where appropriate. And this can make a big difference to your quality of life. We will work according to the support plan that gives you as much empowerment and independence as possible.
Different people have different needs, and we adapt our personal care services to suit your specific requirements. Our well-trained care staff will carry out the above tasks whilst maintaining the highest level of dignity and respect. Our care staff are on hand to support and assist with the above tasks and will promote independence where possible, allowing the person to remain in control of their care. Companionship
At Veesupportservices our companionship staff are good at keep conversations, helping you live a fully independent life without feeling alone. Our Carers can also reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation. They will help you accordingly to what is tailor suited for you. Form helping with organising your day socialising, preparing and sharing meals.
Our Carers can go out with you sharing experiences; cinema, walks, breaks away and even holiday, they can accompany you on medical appointments. Our Carers are well trained, and security checked (DBS), they able to act in an emergency including identifying any health deteriorations. They can also reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Support Workers & Key Workers
At Veesupportservices, our highly qualified Support Worker and Keyworkers will we enable and support you this may include such activities as supervising, monitoring and coaching to empower you to be as independent as possible and have control over their own lives.
Support Workers and Key workers a may also be required to escort or accompany service users to outings, appointments or other events. To be aware of the personal needs and requirements of your service users, communicating successfully, not only with yourself, your family, friends and other healthcare professionals. Our staff will maintain appropriate records to meet your needs, observing and promptly reporting back any changes or concerns in your circumstances or condition.

Cleaners
At Veesupportservices we provide a high standard of cleaning services, our staff are well trained and experienced. We clean from Commercial to Domestic, no job is too hard for us. We provide services from cared for Communal Areas in your Apartment Blocks or Flats. End of Tenancy Cleaning, Offices, Banks, Deep Cleaning and domestic. All our staff are professional and are fully vetted with clean Disclosure and Barring Service. (DBS) checked.
